I have two jars of soon-expiring Marmite and Vegemite (hand-carried from Melbourne and London last year). Recently found out that they make healthier substitutes for soy sauce in soft boiled eggs, and they won't go bad for a very long time due to high sodium content. Still in need of more good recipes.
