‘Makes going to work look easy’: Decades before she was House speaker, Nancy Pelosi had an even harder job 2019-02-13T05:26:21.000Z

She is so inspiring as a former SAHM. “Know your own power,” she advises. “Don’t let anybody diminish for one moment the time you spend at home. . . . Because probably nothing is more energizing, purposeful, better to orient you to know how to use time, delegate authority.”

FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened | Official Trailer [HD] | Netflix 2019-02-09T20:08:09.000Z

This documentary is awesome! But one the most unsettling questions is: why would so many people (including experienced investors) believe in these so-called millennial visionaries who dropped out of college with no actual life experience dealing with huge business ventures? The disastrous Theranos is another cautionary tale (by the way, "Bad Blood" written by John Carreyrou was another awesome read. I couldn't put it down during the entire weekend). They don't even have the technical training to back them up. Perhaps that's one of the peculiarities in the startup world - the strong ability to "bullshit" is gold 😱

via Facebook https://n.pr/2Th9My7 While many people believe that how we feel and express anger is hard-wired, some scientists suggest our experience and culture help shape it. One way to get a handle on it may be to personalize it.

Please Don't Sit On My Bed In Your Outside Clothes 2019-01-25T20:47:58.000Z

That's me. Please do not sit on my bed with any outside clothes. I don't even do that myself before I bathe and change into a clean set of clothes. I am glad I am not alone with this demand.
